The federal government uses non-recurrent remuneration to promote the use of photovoltaic (PV) systems. There is non-recurrent remuneration for small installations (up to a capacity of 100 kW) and non-recurrent remuneration for large installations (from 100 kW), which cover a maximum of 30% of the investment costs of reference systems. Starting in 2023, high non-recurrent remuneration will also be available for PV installations without self-consumption, worth up to 60% of the costs of reference systems. It is awarded by auction for installations above 150 kW.
