The Swiss Federal “Freedom of Information Act” permits interested parties to gain access to official documents that were completed after 1 July 2006. The Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) is therefore endeavouring to make official documents relating to its sphere of activities available to the public via its publications database as quickly as possible. The attached application form may be used for requesting access to official documents that have not (or not yet) been released.
