Other activities
The Safeguards Section also manages reporting activities arising from other national or international obligations. These include:
- The collection of information concerning nuclear material located abroad but owned by a Swiss licensee.
- The reporting to the IAEA under the international transparency measure on civilian plutonium inventories (according to INFCIRC/549).
- Notification to the Zangger Committee of deliveries of nuclear goods to non-NPT states.
