Competitive calls for tenders

ProKilowatt reduces electricity consumption by companies in the industry and services sectors, as well as by private households, through the financial support of measures to increase its efficient use. It supports projects and programmes that meet the specified requirements and save as much electricity as possible per provided Swiss franc. The source of the funding is an electricity network surcharge which accumulates up to 70 million Swiss francs per annum.

Efficiency measures may be supported in the form of projects or programmes.

Implementation of the measures is the responsibility of the applicants and direct recipients of the funding. The applicants must implement the supported measure(s) themselves. Submission of applications: applications can be submitted at any time	The applicants and direct recipients bear responsibility for the programme. They are responsible for initiating the implementation of the measures externally (e.g. in companies or households). 1 submission round per annum
Examples of potential applicants: companies, municipalities or small and medium-sized companies (for measures in their own facilities)	Examples of potential applicants: engineering firms or industry associations

Projects with a funding contribution of up to CHF 6 million: Applications can be submitted at any time between 3 November 2025 and 1 November 2026.
Programs: applications must be submitted by 1 Mai 2026 at the latest.
