Each year we offer two "federal administration" commercial apprenticeships (E or M profile) and one internship for vocational school diploma holders. In addition, every two years we offer a mediamatician apprenticeship (training model 2/2). Applications for the commercial apprenticeships and internship should be submitted to us from August in the previous year.
In the course of their three-year commercial apprenticeship, trainees work and gain experience in the support services of the various divisions, as well as in the Business Management and Organisation (Logistics / Finance and Controlling / Human Resources) and Media and Political Affairs (Publishing / Federal Council and Parliamentary Affairs) divisions. They are also able to acquire comprehensive theoretical knowledge by attending vocational school and specialised external courses.
After a two-year basic training course, mediamatician apprentices complete their third and fourth years at the Swiss Federal Office of Energy, where they gain experience in the IT, Publishing and SwissEnergy sections.
As of August each year we offer a position in Human Resources to a trainee who has completed a three-year commercial course so that (s)he can obtain a higher vocational school-leaving certificate.
For further information, please contact Cornelia Fahrni (phone 058 463 06 50).
Each year we award two commercial apprenticeships in the field of federal administration, plus one traineeship. We are pleased to receive applications for apprenticeships from each August onwards, and for traineeships from each November onwards.
During your three-year apprenticeship you will be able to work and receive education in the various SFOE support sections, as well as in the Business Management and Organisation Division (logistics, finance, human resources) and the Directorate Affairs Division (communication, Federal Council and parliamentary affairs). You will also be able to acquire comprehensive commercial know-how at vocational school and by attending a variety of other courses.
Each year from August onwards we offer a traineeship in our Human Resources section to a candidate who has completed his/her three-year intermediate business school studies and wants to obtain a proficiency diploma.
