The Investment Committee acts as steering, co-ordination and supervisory body for the asset management of the funds. Its main duties are as follows:

• Preparing the investment strategy and guidelines for the attention of the Administrative Board, and subsequently implementing them.
• Defining the reporting principles for custody accounts, asset managers, secretariat and other financial service providers and specialists.
• Supervising payment transactions and distributing capital to asset managers.
• Supervising the activities of the secretariat and specialists in association with the investment strategy and guidelines.
